One trip. A clearer view of who is ready.

Coordinate a shared travel checklist in ReadyKin. Agree who brings common essentials, share trip preparation and keep track of what still needs doing.

What can you do with ReadyKin?

ReadyKin supports shared trips and checklists for people preparing together. Use a shared plan to agree responsibilities, check progress and avoid keeping multiple versions of the same packing conversation. This is useful for a couple, family or group of friends.

From idea to action

Make it part of your routine.

  1. Create the shared plan

Set up the trip or group in ReadyKin and invite the people who need to participate. Confirm that everyone is looking at the same plan.

  2. Give common items a clear owner

Agree who will bring shared essentials and who will handle preparation tasks. Avoid vague items that nobody can confidently mark as done.

  3. Use a final group review

Before departure, review outstanding tasks together. A progress indicator is helpful, but it is worth confirming important shared items directly.

Share responsibility, not just another list

A shared list is useful when it removes uncertainty. “Someone bring the adapter” creates work for the whole group. “I will bring the shared adapter” gives everyone a clear answer.

Be specific about the meaning of completion. Does a checked item mean purchased, packed or handed over? Agree this once so everybody reads the same status in the same way.

Keep private and shared preparation distinct

Share only the information the group needs to coordinate. A common charger belongs in the shared plan; personal information does not need to be included just because the trip is shared.

If someone is not participating in the app, agree how you will confirm their responsibilities outside it. Do not assume every traveler will see every update immediately.

Your questions, answered.

Can my partner and I share a packing list?

ReadyKin supports shared trips and checklists so you can coordinate the things you need to prepare together.

Can this work for a group of friends?

Yes. Use a shared trip or group and agree which people are responsible for the common items and tasks.

Should everything be shared with the group?

No. Share the details that help coordination and keep unnecessary personal information out of shared content.

Does checking an item guarantee someone has packed it?

No. A check mark records progress in the app. Agree what completion means and confirm important items with the responsible person.
